Its hard to tell what the picture is saying without a caption, the photos don't have a meaning, 
The judges kind of favored how the person tried to do a close framing
The person had some amazing pictures but several of them had no meaning to the photo.

 They didnt know how he arranged his photos in his gallery and also had a lot of feeling.
 I like how his photos had tons of feelings and made me down.
Also alot about old people

They liked how he started off strong and then finished strong, they liked his picture, also like how he put an amazing effort to it.
They like how the pictures are very perfectly framed,
The person had some very strong action sport pictures, but not so much of anything else

I really like this project. I like it because its different but in a good way.
If someone approached me with this at first I would be confused but I'll ask him more about the reason behind it then do it.
It would be cool to do something like this at akins or something like girls switch spots with guys that would be funny.
The photographer used alot of framing in his photos and in some of them he used depth.
